Hello Isuzu owners. In terms of service, which of the 2 casas would you recommend for major PMS? TY.

Thanks for the input. I used to go to Pasig but I'm now frequently in the south so Makati and Alabang are more accessible for me considering the traffic.

By the way, what in specific do you mean "heavy PMS"?

The PMS during multiples of 20T kms (20T, 40T, 60T, 80T, and so on). The other PMS only involves change oil and brake cleaning/adjustment. The major PMS involves replacement of all other fluids, filters, belts (if necessary) and hoses (if necessary), greasing/repacking of steering & suspension parts and tune up in addition to oil changing and brake check up. ;)

I see. Well, authorized dealerships are expected to follow a checklist when performing a certain PMS. Technically speaking, it should not matter which dealer you decide to have your vehicle PMSd.

But in terms of convenience, it should be the dealer in Alabang.

Sad to say, not all casas are equal. Some tend to bungle routine jobs. This does not go only for Isuzu but for other brands as well.

I will not argue with you on that.... have you tried any of both dealers? I've tried Alabang. They're ok. Ayala-run e.

But i must admit, it does not exempt themselves from criticisms if needed.
