Winterpine Marketing along Araneta Ave., QC. For one, they are the exclusive distributor of #M tints in the Philippines so their tint prices should be competitive. They also have generic roof baskets there but I agree with TholitzReloaded, CarryBoy would be the best option..... and you have a variety to choose from too.

check this out www.romyscar.com they have 3m tints and also sell roof racks...
