    pwede na rimula J, ung pula...sae 40...

    kung gusto mo sosy, helix diesel...kahit fully syn delvac pwede..

    pero sa amin, ok na castrol crb...konti lang diffence sa rimula J ng monograde, 15w-40 ung castrol... good na din for 6 months...better performance pa compared using rimula j...

    pero kung nagtitpid ka rimula j/any monograde is good...

    Every 5,000kms or every 3-4mos whichever comes first. AT least that's how it usually goes.

    para maprotectahan din sa paglutong ng oilseals mo.. 3-4 months basta siguraduhin mo 3-4 times a year...sulit na yun, assuming araw-araw takbo ng trak....ganun ruling ko dito sa mga trak, sa mga personal namin, 4-6 months depende sa takbo(may odo ang personal rides, ang mga trak namin di na gumagana,e...)

    IMHO, more than the brand of oil to use, best that you follow the recommended TYPE of oil for your engine.
