Just want to share with you. Have parts lists for Trooper II. If you need data, specs just post a reply. Have everything except for the engine part. Galing kasing U.S so V6 yung parts list ng makina. All the others meron, steering, suspension, A/C,etc. Just give me time coz m also busy. Just doing it on the side.

yung skeleton ng dashboard aksidente nakakita kami sa pampanga nakuha namin 9T, yun yung para sa bagong trooper, nabangga daw kasi yung trooper tapos dinala ng insurance company sa pampanga yung pinalitang skel na dashboard. meron lang siyan konting bitak sa left side, pero nothing serious at matatakpan pa pag kabit.

Nagtanong kami sa banawe kung magkano meron shop ang bigay nila 33T daw???? Sa Walco naman 22T+ nag canvass kami last year yung skeleton. Kaya binili na rin namin agad yung nakita namin sa pampanga, other parts (like air houver/maskara/compartment, etc) binili na lang namin sa Walco kaya original parts na rin. I have the product lists nung mga binili namin kaso nasa bahay, I'll try to post tom.

Yung iba, like switches/panel/cig. lighter/saka yung controls ng aircon gagamitin na muna yung dating nakakabit. Yung bago nga palang dashboard dalawang kulay lang meron, dark grey ata saka light brown, kaya kelangan pa namin papinturahan kasi dark brown yung interior ng sasakyan namin. Well need to use yung paint na pwede sa leather kasi covered na rin ng leather yung mga bagong dashboard.

bro thanks! iniisip ko rin nga to go to Pampanga kaya lang wala pang oras. 9K is a steal!! ok yun. Sana meron pang matira sa Apalit. Yup sa Walco nagtanong ako at sa Millenstar. Pamatay presyo ng dash. You can have the complete dash repainted sa Seatmate for 3.5K, textured pa kung gusto mo. They do a good job there. Malapit sa rotunda ng Mandaluyong. Pls try to post the items you bought. Yung 22K sa Walco I think skeleton lang and nor the complete dash, right? Subic unit ba sa iyo? Mine is a green/beige Lotus edition 3.1 unit. Nga pala the dash from the new Trooper bolt on sa lumang body? I will post the dash details as soon as libre nako. Salamat uli!

Sir sobra ka ha! Ili-libre na kita ng sago sa kanto niyan . Just trying to share what I have. Baka bumalik. Its not a shop manual but a parts list. The shop manual Im trying to buy but it will cost me around 11K so I started a thread kung may mga gustong mag chip in. Meron din shop manual for the 4Jx1 unit but aabutin ng 17k but this is not a Haynes or Chilton manual. Its the real thing. Like sa casa mo, este sa casa ng Isuzu. I bought a users manual for the 92-98 Trooper but this is just the book the you have inside the glove box but very informative. Settings on tyre pressure, oil capacities, etc. From New Zealand, translated from the original Japanese manual. Actually ang dami ko pang ginagawa so di ko maasikaso yung rig ko and I also upgraded the engine on my Honda EG HB so busy ako talaga. Hope we can meet in the future. Ingat bro!!

Eto yung listahan ng binili namin ke Walco without the skeleton (which I bought sa pampanga),

Yung lumang panel ng mga meters pa rin gagamitin ko kasi yung bago cost almost 20T daw.

Di ko pa nabili yung aircon grill sa taas (yung mahaba) pero sabi Walco 2,600 price Baka takpan ko na lang muna ng hard plastic until makaipon ulit.

Yung lumang switches gagamitin ko parin kasi isang switch is 1T na agad, binii ko lang yung sa hazard kasi yung luma ay bilog na nasa dash. Di pa ko nagpapalit ng steering kaya yung luma pa rin gamit ko yung isa lang switch na nasa kanan pa signal light/bright)

Yung tatlong switch na nasa dash (headlights/dimmer switch/wiper switch gagawa ko muna ng lalagyan dun sa clock ng bagong dashboard. Kasi yung luma naman walang lalagyan ng clock.

Pareho tayo ng unit 3.1 Lotus na Bighorn kulay green din yung sa kin, model 1992. Papalitan ko rin nga yung sa manibela kasi isa lang yung switch (pang signal light lang) kaso nung tinest namin ilagay ke Walco hindi kasya yung sa bago eh kaya papalitan din buong steering column. Nagtanong na rin kami 13T daw buong steering column/assembly (di ko alam tawag eh saka i pa paship pa nila from Japan). Tapos bibili pa nung switch para dun na yung sa wipers/headlights/signal lights/ etc.

Sinukat namin yung bagong dashboard, ok naman, sa Sabado ko pa ikakabit kasi meron din akong pasok. Balitaan kita pag meron problema.

Dun nga pala sa seatmate ok lang pinturahan nila dash kahit nakakabit na?

mauler: OK may kasama nako. 92 din yung akin. (ata?) 92 or 93. Inuna ko kasi yung makina coz I dont want to take the risk. Palit ako ng timing belt. Also complete check up re pack ng mga bearings sa underchassis. Wala pa akong budget for the dashboard but dun nako nxt.

How much inabot yung mga parts na nabili mo? Diba yung dash na galing sa Trooper dito hindi na square, yung rounded edge na? Kala mo sa U.S ang mura ng parts nito? The dash is only Usd 200.!!! Gearbox only Usd 70! Kita tayo sa August if your going sa club meet. I might be going sa U.S 1st week of Sept and I will buy many small parts there.

Seatmate: Nope kailangan tanggal yung dash.

Went na to Ilocos and Baguio with my rig. No problem except minor kinks sa A/C syst. Dami ko parin gusto gawin sa rig ko but money, money, money. I'd like to have it repainted coz ngayon super stock siya.

garyq: Oo yung bagong dashboard ay rounded na yung mga edge. Mura nga yung parts nung nandun ako sa US, kaso Order basis, ang mahal ay yung labor. Inabot ako ng almost 27T lahat ng nabili ko including the dashboard shell.

Nagpapalit na nga rin ako ng bearings saka idler arm. OK naman yung ride, saka maganda yung shocks ng lotus edition. Nagpalit na rin ako ng Evaporator for the aircon, gusto ko rin palagyan ng dual aircon para dun sa nasa third row seat kaso last na iyon sa priorities ko kasi medyo mahal din. Next na balak ko ay palitan na rin yung timing belt. Magkano inabot pagpalit mo timing belt n bearings? Alam mo ba kung san yung lalagyan ng Automatic Transmission Fluid, di ko kasi alam kung san eh, gusto ko check din yun.

Baka umalis din missis ko for US this august, papatanong ko rin sa kanya yung mga parts. Malamang magkita tayo sa club meeting this August and exchange notes.

Nagpalit ka ba ng gearbox? Yung sa kin pinalitan eh, kaso medyo bitin yung liko saka meron konting play yung manibela.

pag Bighorn is for japanese domestic market. yung mga galing sa subic yun. wala pong locally marketed from casa na bighorn.hth.
if the conversions are done correctly, malamang same lang sila ng centerlink at tie rods.

How much should an Isuzu Bighorn AT Lotus cost? Assuming it is in fairly good condition. 3.1 diesel ata yun kaso Japan import (RHD to LHD convert.). Also assume that the conversion is good and that the tranny is in good condition. I'm a relatively low demand driver (mabagal mag drive plus minsanan lang long distance). What should I look out for? I am defintely a noobie in SUVs and Diesel vehicles so any tip/info would be helpful.

I was thinking of buying one being sold to me by a friend. TIA

Anong year model ba bighorn mo? Most naman same lang kung centerlink at tie rods, just goto autosupply pasilip mo yung tie rod. Sakin kasi same lang I own bighorn lotus 1993.
