Trooper Air Filter

I remember hearing or reading somewhere that the air filter for Troopers has an oiled element and should not be cleaned by air pressure. Throw away type daw ito. Is this true? Im about to replace mine kasi and am also considering other options like K&N and other good filters.

Nagpalit ako ng air filter nung last(talagang huli na) ko sa inteco(70tkm PMS). di naman sya oiled. yung K&N yata yun. nasa akin pa yung kahon for future reference.

I've had bad exp with vic replacment parts.... ang tagal bago pumalo ng needle for oil pressure.

went back to original, around two cycles of "oil change" wala na problema

yung original is only Php800 last time I bought it sa Walco. Hindi oiled yun bro. It's the standard paper type. You can buy finer filter, even import it direct from down under (padala nila via parcel post), ca. Php 3000 lang with recharger na. Yung sa Rats is also around php 3500. Kaya lang last time wala silang stock.

ayn djerms, yung jedi master na nagsalita. ang bili ko nung orig airfilter ko sa inteco si 1thouplus(taga no) samantalang sa walco ay 800 lang pala. di ko rin sure kung me vic na replacement, pero kung P800 lang sa walco ang orig, dun ka na. sabi nga redhorse mahirap na sa replacement(pero sa oil filter wala ko naramdaman difference).

Yan nga rin ang problema ko with the replacement type eh. Nung nagreplacement kami last PMS bumagal at nagkaroon ng usok ang trooper (4jg2) dati wala naman. Im goin back to origs.

ok talaga diyan sa Walco medyo mahirap lang mag park at
medyo mabagal kasi iilan lang sila tapos ang daming bumibili.

dun lang ako nakabili ng side marker lights ko. sa iba binebentahan ako ng 500 up, just for that. nabili ko, 120 lang, brand new pa!
