now that I've got your attention...
hope you'll read-on, specially those who own a crosswind models 01 or later. Basta yung mga nagkaron ng problema about their radiators and exhaust manifold, whether xt, xl, xto, xuv or even sportivo.
may kontak kasi ako sa Japan. I emailed him if he can help me get in touch with Isuzu HQ in Japan to let them know about the prevalent problem of the isuzu crosswind released between 2001 and 2003. He called up isuzu japan and talked to a customer relations officer. Hiningi yung details ng ride ko pati na rin yung problema. Tinatanong din kung ano pa daw ibang problema ng model ng sasakyan na ito na narelease dito sa Pinas. I emailed him back and gave the details about my ride, but to build a stronger case, kailagan siguro yun iba pang owners should make a similar complaint or notice of defect. para hindi madismiss yung case na isolated defect lang.
Eto yung details na hiningi sakin :
* Your name and contact (phone, email address)
* Your vehicle details
- Model
- License No. (car ID)
(I gave them my body number, engine number, and conduction sticker)
- Purchased date
- Sales office you purchased the car
- Sales person you purchased the car
- Person you have been contacting for making complains
(with emails or phone calls)
- The detailed problems you have been facing with your car
- similar problems seen in the Philippines
ang objective ko dito is to get Isuzu to recognize this as a massive and critical quality defect. Hopefully, magdeclare sila ng recall at mag prescribe sila ng permanent solution.
so fellow crosswinders ....what say you! :D
email me lang thru rsnald*yahoo.com
