Looks like rumors are spreading fast. 3.0L 4jj1 will be replaced with an all new engine and it might have this displacement.

Mazda BT pickup will have this when they introduce their Isuzu based pickup.

isuzus 380nm/5sp ranks 3rd just behind 430nm/8sp of the montero sport.

just imagine how the new 450-500nm 2.4 blue power engine will be. it will be stronger than the 2.8 toyota, 2.4 mivec, and 2.5 mini duramax and fords 3.2 panther. note-the 2.8 duramax isnt offered in thailand anymore. new ppv king in thailand ☠☠☠ when released.

we might not get it, but if we do waiting time and minimum time is 2years(we waited 2years for the 1.9l ecoblue)

I would get the 3.0 BP now. dont get the old model 😉 the tax plan is pushing thru imo.

If they are going to release a 1.9 AT, it will be 80k cheaper lang, kasi yun naman ang difference nun 2.5 saka 3.0 na Euro 2 noon, so the 1.9 will still be at the price range of 1.7M+ , eh di mag 3.0 ka na lang

Unless of course they stripped down the 1.9AT, smaller tires and rims, no drl, 7in below touchscreen, no leather seats, etc.. baka may pumalo sa 1.5M+. Who knows they might do this kasi dami nila nabenta since 2014 tapos ngaun 2018 baka mag less than half of the monthly units they sell.
