What I really don't like about MC (aside from the toixc fumes it emits), is that it turns whatever surface it is used on, very slippery and shiny.

But after you have cleaned it, you have to let it sit for a while, then do another run with a rag to eliminate any greasiness. If it's still greasy, wet the rag a bit.
For day in, day out cleaning, slightly damp rag and punas lang.
You can also use cleaners intended for real leather seats. They are a bit more expensive and I'm not sure if leatherette would benefit from the supposed moisturizing and conditioning effect of leather cleaners.

with leatherette sit covers, from time to time you have to remove it too so you can clean the underside and the seats. we have seen cars that have been brought to us for interior detailing, with molds under the leatherette. di kasi kakasingaw ang leatherette.

August 11th, 2007 10:55 AM #8Ah, naka tanggal kasi yung seat cover ko. Pwede ko din ba sabunin with apc and toothbrushin? tapos papatuyuin ko na lang, tapos apply ako ng mc cleaner para shiny? Haha.
Or vice versa...

wednesday,
I clean the interior myself with
"Turtlewax F21 Super Protectant" P200
Apply it using Cloths sa Handyman P99 (flanels ata tawag)
After seating it for a while use any Microfiber na..
Para maflatten lang kung napakapal lagay mo..
It leaves that deep rich shine and a Subtle fresh leather scent..
Apply it on your dashboards too..
UUuuuummmmmmm..... try it dude..
