    Just a warning to everyone. Here is the list of offenses by this Casa:

    1) Did not replace aircon parts because someone from the "planta" said the sour smell of the aircon is "normal"

    2) Charged us with the center console which they broke during aircon cleaning at 15,000 km

    3) Charged us with wheel alignment which they did without asking us

    4) Charged us with spare parts which we already brought

    The worst casa we had our Hyundai serviced. The worst service adviser by the name of HAROLD.

    Weird, sister CASA ito ng Hyundai Quezon Ave. I thought Hyundai Quezon Ave was really solid based on my experiences with them, I had my PMS there since I had my Santa Fe and it was always excellent except for one time overnight yung SF ko sa 20K PMS kasi daming tao (which to be honest ok lang kasi madami talagang tao that time)

    Malapit ito sa mga biyenan ko (Commonwealth),- baka doon sila nagpapa-service...

    Ngak! Another Hyundai Casa epic fail. Panu pa ako bibibili ng Hyundai Accent nito.. Parang bagsak ko nito Fiesta... Hay.. Gusto ko pa man din yung Accent sana

    There are good Hyundai dealers naman... And buying is different from servicing. You could buy from a BAD dealer and then service it on a GOOD dealer...

    Observe mode muna nalang.. Kahit anung ganda ng sasakyan kung yari naman every PMS, ganun din..

    grabe dumadami ata ang BAD na casa..sir question lang binayaran nyo po ba ung item 2,3 and 4?kasi dapat hindi nila kayo pag bayarin kasi sila nakasira nung center console tapos dapat pinapaalam muna nila kung may gagawin sa sasakyan nyo lalo na kung may bayad.at lastly yung #4 binili nyo na ung parts tapos binayaran nyo ulit?tama ba intindi ko sir?

    Mukhang dumadami na ang BAD casa ng Hyundai ah, or is it because madami nang tsikoteer ang nakaHyundai ngayon? Hehe.

    sir, do email HARI about your complaint i'm sure they'll do something about it...i know it will work as others had done it before same w/ your case about bad service and being unprofessional in their line of business, HTH!

    ito na yata ang pinaka ogag na casa nakita ko dito sa forum, under waranty pa ung sasakyan ang daming binayaran? tapos kung ano pa yung inirereklamo yun pa ang hindi nila ginawa! lintek na... kung ipagpilitan din kaya ni sir mikmik ipagawa sa kanila yung aircon may charge din kaya kahit under warranty?

    talking about warranty mga chiefs, ano ba talaga ang covered and not covered? Alam ko yung mga usual na kasama na sa wear and tear like break pads are not covered.. Pero ano ano ba yung covered?

    Pasensya na po sa noob question.. Appreciate your help mga car gurus..

    Kakaservice ko palang sa commonwealth today. The full body wash includes engine, underchasis and exterior wash. The one handling their carwash and detailing is ziebart. Its kinda pricey but knowing its a casa medyo mataas yun price compared kung papagawa mo yan sa labas but for 1300 for me ok na rin since i seldom had the time to have my vehicle go thru a underwash regularly. Sa akin tinanong my approval before proceeding sa mga itemized jobs.

    yung sa akin sir (Tucson 2011) hanggang ngayon wala pa din action sa key remote ng unit ko
    after 3 weeks pag labas sa casa (July 2011) di na umuusad ang solution sa problema ko.
    sira kaagad yung remote, bumuka yung casing at di na maibalik. ginawa ni Mr. Adviser (Sherwin) kinunan lang ng picture using his cam phone. tapos binalutan ng electrical tape at binalik sa akin. inform DAW nila ang planta about it. putek talaga. at sa ka isa pa, yung kasama sa freebies na TINT (3M daw) eh harap lang ang naka 3M. dina kilala yung brand na dinikit sa likod at mga pinto.
    Hyundai Commonwealth... HOY GISING!!!
