anybody here wants to share their experience with a Starex?

I'm looking for some tips especially on automatic transmissions on the 99 TCI model.
-tips on going uphill/downhill.
-maximizing mileage (km/liter of diesel) on a turbo intercooler
-how to avoid overheating especially on ascents. (example: Bagiuo)
-maintenance checks
-etc.
