Frequent rocker arm adjuster-Plastic tip breakage

Help mga master. Does anyone of you frequently encountered problems with cracked, busted or brakage of plastic tip for rocker arm adjuster. Unlike with hyundai grace, the rocker arm adjuster of 1st and 2nd gen. starex has a plastic tip that easily breaks. Does this normally breaks or breaks only during tune-up if the mechanic is careless. Your input will be valuable info.

Seems this is not a common problem as there are no members who had ever experience frequent adjuster tip breakage. Siguro lang talagang tanga yung mechanic na tumingin sa starex ko or either he has the intension to break it para mas maraming sira.
