Regarding the title, what's the difference of this variant to others?

And any tip on buying 2nd hand GS A/T? im on a hunting right now. And I'm looking for year 2008 - 2011 models.
Important of what I need are it must be 12 seaters and AT, crdi/vgt etc.

Same here sir plan ko din starex second hand same year what your looking for,pero soon pa. Naglalaban pa sa isip ko vs hi ace grandia. Ung hvx yata is more seats siya vs other variants and mas mataas ang hp nya compare don sa tci. Sa mga nabasa kula ng ako nagbase😁 ang haba na kasi masyado ng starex thread hirap mag backread.

Walang roof rail ang kahit anong variant ng grand starex e. Maybe papabutas sa bubong?

Do you really need a roof rack? In my opinion di maganda. Mataas na GS baka mahirapan ka sa parkings. Anyways HVX is a grey market variant. Beige interiors and leathet seats na siya. Unline sa Cvx na grey interior pero leather seats na din.
The only thing na mahihirapan ako kung may HvX ako ay ang paghanap ng tamang tires para dito.

Not an expert on the subject but napansin ko ang HVX is may sunroof at kulay beige ang interior, power fold side mirror, 17"rims tapos captain seat up to the 3rd row. Tama ba?

Ang gulo actually may post sa OLX na even TCI pero captain na rin yung 2nd row seat.

hi sir,, musta naman ang new GS? ,, HVX ba sir? meron kasi ko nabili na pre-owned HVX matic , 09 ,,may nababasa ako na meron siya LD= (locking differential) or (limited differential) kung tama ang naaalala ko,, ano ba ang bago sa new GS now? ,,

can't compare right now sa mga bago, first time user starex lang din ako. Wala ng HVX ngayon. Ang bagong tawag sa HVX ngayon is Modern and Modern Special, at ang alam ko yung CVX naman eto yung mga H1 or luxury variant ngayon, pero sabi ng isang koreano na naka usap ko pero pinoy at magaling magtagalog, discontinued na daw ang mga H1 variants. Mas marami bumibili na sa mga Modern at Modern Special. Ang pinaka alam ko lang na wala sa mga luma is meron na itong Urea at Euro6 na. Mga 2015 model is Euro5 pa lang.

ang pinag iba naman ng Modern sa Modern Special ay:
Modern:
16" rim/mags
Walang Auto climate control
Walang sun/moon roof although optional pa rin ito kahit sa Special.
Walang Cruise control
Modern Special
17" rim/mags
With Auto climate control
Sun/moon roof, but others preferred not to have this one kaya optional sya.
Cruise control, eto pinaka gusto ko sa special kahit edsa lang naggamit ko basta walang trapik hehe.

Both have Urea and Euro6.

Jon did you sell your APV? BTW how much kuha mo sa starex? I'm leaning towards the GL grandia compare to Grand Starex because of the new 1kd engine of GL.baka mag bago pa hehe!

*jyg1995 Yup, my apv has been sold already. Pinang dagdag ko sa downpayment sa starex. Kuha ko sa Modern Special ko is 2.150m with 100k discount dapat 2.250m sya pero sa Pitstop at hancars ang Modern Special nila is almost 2.4m. Nakuha kong freebies is with free stepboard and a roof rack (hindi kasama ito sa regular free nila, sa dalawang nabanggit kong dealer may bayad ito.) Dunno about Grandia, sabi lang kase nila matagtag yun kaya hindi na ako nagdalawang isip sa Starex, nanggaling ako sa matagtag na VAN (APV) at ang makina na nasa ilalim ng driver seat (I guess sa grandia ganyan din setup nasa baba din ng driver seat ang makina).

Kahit 3.0 na yung 1kd ng Grandia, mas malakas pa rin yung 2.5 ng GS

Layo ng ride ng starex sa hiace. At yung feel ng gray market starex. Parang luxury van. Yung hiace commercial van talaga ang feel
