Scooped: 2013 Hyundai Tucson/ix35 facelift.

Judging from these images, Hyundai is already working on what will be the Tucson facelift. Based on what we can see in these images, the refreshed ix35 (this is how it is known in many other markets) includes new front grille suspiciously similar to his latest models, like the i30 or the most recent Santa Fe.

For now, we do not know if the korean automaker will include new engine or merely updates the currents. The current model sold in the U.S with two petrol engines (2.0 and 2.4 four-cylinder with 165 and 176hp), while in Europe are available with three diesel engines (1.7 with 115hp and 2.0 CRDi with 136 and 184hp) and the gasoline direct injection (GDi) 1.6-liter, with 140hp.

I hope to see the 1.7L 115hp CRDi unit. That should make a sub 900k Tucson, possible.

I see DRLs on the fogs and a huge-ass chrome grill up front. Can't say if it's beautiful or not. It might grow on me like how GC facelift did on me >_>

i think since they're rolling out the new design language on the Santa Fe, this would be the next in line. Parang mas maganda nga yung non-mmc, but let's wait for the actual units to arrive to see kung pangit ba talaga.
