    My Tucson has been in Hyundai Global City for more than 3 months. Their service is so bad and they are incompetent. Also, their warranty is a scam because they will make all excuses not to honor it.

    Please guys, do not buy a Hyundai car. Just go with other brands. HARI does not care about after service. They only care about new sales.

    Buying a Hyundai is the worse decision I have ever made on a purchase. It's not all about price, after service is very important.

    Do not be scammed by Hyundai. Be better off with other brands that do care about their customers.

    ano po ba nangyari sa tucson nyo? di lang naman siguro hyundai dealership may bad service kahit ano pa kotse mo.

    Care to elaborate? I mean yes we get that you need to rant because your mad, upset or whatever. But we need facts for us to better understand the hatred.

    Can't generalize that all Hyundai brands suck just because one dealer's after-sales service is poor. Maybe you can rant about the dealer, but generalizing Hyundai as a whole is a different thing.

    It's pretty unfair for Hyundai to be generalized like that. You can, however do it if you've sent your complaints to HARI directly and haven't received a response for several months, but it seems that your experience is only limited to Hyundai Global City and not the whole Hyundai per se.

    Kung tarantado ang dealer, kawawa ka.

    Hindi kasalanan ng brand yan.

    Medyo kasalanan din ng distributor (HARI) yan kasi hindi nila ma-monitor yun mga ganyang dealer.

    Pero Hyundai lang ba?

    Pati Toyota, iho.

    Oo nga walang details. Did you do something to the car to break it that bad? Im not finger pointing here but it would be nice if you could post details and even pertinent paperwork to back up your claims.

    Otherwise people might think you are just making things up or suffering from buyer's remorse and just want to get rid of the car.

    My officemate's Getz survived its 3-year warranty at Global. No complaints from its gearhead owner. On its first PMS he pointed out that the "brake cleaning" wasn't performed but since then no other problems.

    Call ka global city hanapin mo si kat crmd nila. Dun ka follow up. Bangitin mo name ng SA na nag asikaso sayo. Punta ka website ni Hyundai file ka sa customer care

    importers lang naman ang mga nagbebenta ng Hyundai dito

    wala naman talaga exclusive distributor. kahit sino pwede magparating

    napilitan lang sila mag tayo ng mga showroom at service facility para mag mukhang casa

    kung pwede lang tulad dati parating ng trentang starex display lang sa bangketa warranty 6 months verbal lang... those were the days hehe

    arte kasi ng mga customer ngayon haha

    Kaso ayan nga. Sabit ang aftersales

    Tsaka talamak ang parallel imports. Nakakahiya yung bagong Santa Fe ngayon nauna pa ang importers kesa local distributor.

    Hindi talaga mauuna ang dealer. Small market lang tayo. They have to train sales and service personnel, stock up on parts, make local info materials, etc before bringing a model in.
