Smoke when dipstick is removed

Our 2005 Starex has white smoke coming out when dipstick is removed. Pero pag hindi naman tinanggal, walang smoke. Tinry ko lang gawin kasi ganon daw pagcheck if the engine has problems.
Normal ba ito? Walang traces ng oil sa coolant and hindi naman nababawasan ang langis. Very well maintained ang van. The engine is running very well and hindi nagooverheat. Wlang leak or traces ng leak sa block. It's crdi. Blow by ba ang tawag dito? Or is this normal? Pag tinanggal ang oil cap when engine is running may tumatalsik din.

if open mo oil cap and blue smoke coming out, sign of loss compression. tumatlsik na oil is good sign, meaning your oil pressure is good and lubricating the rocker arm. i think blow by if oil coming out from the exhaust.
