Hyundai Dealer Selling REFURBISHED AS NEW!!

I recently bought a brand new Grand STAREXfrom hyundai pampanga, guess what they had sold me??? A REPAIRED Grand Starex!!!!! I PAID for a NEW CAR but gave a repaired car! geez.... till now wala parin feed back kung bakit ganun. but from what i heard from their sales manager mr. Vince Quiambao its not theiir fault daw..... hm... grabe noh. i asked them kung saan ni repair, and sagot daw baka sa HARI...hm.. ganun?! i told them nga " kung gagawa kayo ng kalokohan sa customer, eh wag kayo papahuli!" eh sobrang obvious yung pag ka rapair kasi palapak!.. sabi ko nga nga eh kung mag bebenta kayo ng nirepair na car eh dapat nde brand new ang siningil nyo na bayad.

WOW! Dapat kang mag reklamo sa Main Branch directly sa top. Dapat ka ding mag file ng law suit kasi for sure panalo ka na dyan. You will definitely get a humongous cash money for that.

ano to, demolition job sa hyundai? how do you know it was repaired?

I mga kuya nde to demolition job! kasi naman noong pag ka spot panit nila, naka marka pa yung mga masking tape at yung clear coat basa pa.

Can you post pics and other details to validate your claim sir? Pwede rin kasi stock nila yun na nadamage at nirepair.

gulong sa Minerva tires sa Alabang... may nagpapa-align na bagong Starex (as in wala pang plaka) fm. casa daw yung unit.....

People can really sell refurbished products.
But, if it was really "refurbished," he should have gotten his car at a lower cost.

May possibility na sa HARI ginawa yung unit. At dineliver nila sa Hyundai Pampanga.

Maybe sa delivery nagkaron ng sira yan. Kasi from Batangas Pier, drive lang ang Grand Starex papunta sa Planta sa Mayapa Laguna. Tapos after ng PDI, drive ulit papunta sa dealer.

It's repaired, not refurbished.

And how sure is the TS that the unit was repaired there? Maybe it already happened during off-loading of the unit and a manufacturer-approved repair was done already.

But they should have informed the customer of what was done.
