Mga experts, do you know how Hyundai handles inventory? kac I reserved a Tucson GLS ang commitment sakin ng SA is FEB 9 daw may unit na ko, latest na FEB 10, then they delay it to today feb 12, then 2day bigla na lng snabi na 2 GLS lng daw nakuha ng branch nila and nakaallocate na. Then yng SA pati manager pro promise na tatawagan ako for updates, pero lagi na lng ako pa yng tmatawag and walang masagot na exact dating ng next batch na GLS,
While asking them kailan pa talga dadating ang next shipment, no idea...baka next week daw..I'm not sure bat ang gulo nila..any idea guys..Di pa ganun kasikat ang Hyundai ganun na nangyayari, I'm not sure how many customer ang mawawala sa gnagawa nla.
I really like the design of TUCSON, this is the first time din kumha ako ng Hyundai. But yet ganun experience, I'm planning to refund na lng and get another car na lng, sa ibang nagreserve din na pinaasa, please comment..thanks!! I think we should make some move as a group, so hyundai will seriosly consider or problem and act on it. sa ngayon I cant see any action on this problem. and I dont think dedicated sa cstomer ang hyundai. I feel Hyndai doesnt value us as their new cstomer..reply mga boss..thanks!
every 2 weeks ang interval ng shipment ng Tucson sir. ang masama nyan baka sa next shipment mag price increase na. pero in your case dahil naka reserve ka na, di ka na affected ng price increase.
Congrats bro, actually kng sasakyan titignan mo sobrang ok and best value..pero mga sales na kausap " di ko nilalahat" ko and the way they handle the problem....worst ever
So I withdrew all three of my reservations around the Metro and got another car.
It's understandable it's a busy period for them, but surely a little honesty isn't too much to ask for - especially at the Hyundai Manila Bay branch. Heck, I know someone who placed a reservation very late December and still haven't got their unit.
Overall negative experience from Hyundai Sales for me.
