    Experience 1: I went to this dealer kasi the panels attached to the side ng gS ko is parang naka usli yun dulo. I brought it to this dealer. Service advisor looked at it. Sir, 1000 po yan sa clippings pero 700 na lang. I walked away and went to Hyundai Shaw. Sir, madali lang po yan. After 5minutes, gawa na. Nocharge.

    Experience 2: my gs vgt got submerged kasi up to flooring. after change fluids, back to normal na siya. after two months since the fluids change since it was running still after ondoy, yesterday, on our way to subic, nagstuck up na siya sa 4th gear sa nlex. had to bring it home.

    i dropped by hyundai balintawak, they did diagnostics, problema daw is bal body (?). nasa 47K daw yun. I honestly do not know what that part is.

    then i proceeded to hyundai marcos hiway, said it was a module daw na computer ng AT, which costs 130K. this is without looking at my starex... I walked out immediately!

    Watch out with this dealer. Me bayad lahat and has a bad customer service attitude...

    anong group pa ang naka-tie in sa Hyundai Marcos Hiway? Lahat dapat di suportahan! Kasama na yata yung Mitsu na katabi nya?

    dapat nga wag suportahan ang dealership na ito.
    Without doing diagnostic/routine test eh AT module na kaagad ang palitan. Eh ang tanong ko sa kanila ay ito: ano ang "error code" pointing to the specific defective part/s.

    Never will I bring my tucson to them for service, never ever...

    buti na lang we didnt bring the car for PMS. ang sama pala dyan. bring it to other dealers na lang. pero kung malaki discount nila, grab na din sayang din yun :P huwag lang service.

    Diamond Motors Group ni Blaylock ang mayari nyan.Sa kanila rin yung Hyundai Otis..

    Grabe experience ko sa Marcos Highway ... i hate all of the after sales support specially the Supervisor and Manager ...

    exp.1 - after the Ondoy, i tried to bring my flooded vehicle to Marcos Highway and after 3 months ... di man lang na detail or nalinis .. tsk tsk

    exp. 2 - after the first detailing... I tried to make angal to the after sales supervisor (Ronald) that the detailing is obviously poor ... The supervisor even tells me na they are not at par with BMW .... and this was also confirmed by their after sales manager Gerry ... WTF!!

    exp. 3 - I sent the unit back for the third time ... but this time I escalated it to their Branch Head Ms. Geraldine ... I hope she can keep up on her promises to clean and restore the car ...

    exp. 4 - both of the SUpervisor and Manager were very unprofessional specially in dealing with customers ... madalas nakakapanginit ng ulo ...

    sana dun sa mga may experience na ganito ... beware! and let's report them directly to their Branch Head ... I even have her number should you need it

    yan cguro yung Diamond Motors na connected dito sa DM Fairview. Guess what, lahat ng flooded brand new vehicles sa Marcos Hiway e dito dinala sa Fairview at niremedyuhan lang! Mga brand new units na wala pang plaka nakabilad ang mga upuan pinapatuyo.

    Malamang kaya di na detail yan kasi walang marunong mag detail jan, yung mga nag detail andto sa Fairview. Baka dapat dinala mo na lang dito sa DM Fairview para na-detail nila.
