Guys I need your input on this... many I know would prefer on buying HARI or Hyundai Phil. vs. Pitstop because of security reasons... coz the 5 yr. warranty is much safer in a more bigger company w/c is the official distributor of Hyundai locally w/c is HARI, as compared to Pitstop, who knows maybe they'll close out before your 5 yr. warranty ends! (knock on wood) But then again Pitstop's Starex accessories is very hard to resist. he he

So guys what do you think?

Resale value ng Hyundai in general? Well, as expected dito sa Pinas w/ our pinoy market. In the west Hyundai is currently kicking Mitsus ass and is going up against the Jap big 3 Toy, Nis, Hon. Hehe

Pitstop for me. I believe they won't close down that easily (knock on wood din, fingers crossed pa) because they have been in the business since the Gen 2 & 3 Starex days and have been enjoying brisk sales ever since. Di naman siguro sila malulugi sa lakas ng benta nila.

I started a thread about this at the Hyundai Club Phils forum: http://hyundaiclubph.proboards25.com...ay&thread=1866

Actually, Hyundai has already beaten Honda to the spot of being the 5th Largest Automaker in the world.

HARI refers to Hyundai Automotive Resources, Inc. This is the corporation handling the "official" Hyundai dealerships in the Philippines. Pitstop is a grey market importer, and was one of thsoe responsible for the immense popularity of the Starex before official importation began. Like others have said, it's not likely to go out business, since it has a good customer base, so it's also a safe bet.

    Ang pagbalik ng comeback...

Pitstop or HARI, who really knows? maybe you're buying from the same incorporator if iisa-isahin mo sec paper trail. i just dont buy the idea that a grey marketeer be allowed here by Hyundai Korea to give 5 years warranty like the official distro.

it's either a bluff by the grey marketeer for 5 years warranty to gain sales or Hyundai Korea has two silent factions up there

Maybe the 5 year warranty is not by Hyundai Korea but by the grey importer themselves. Of course they are taking a lot of risk but then if you are up against the official distributor then you have no choice but to follow.
