    reminds me of a vehicle I saw in the middle east when I was very young...

    there was a small button that you need to press before changing gears.

    The video was abit bitin but it does makes us curious of this tech..

    When I was at a stop light a few days ago, this fortuner beside wanted to race. I usually mash it hard. His first gear launch was pretty good. It was the 2nd gear that didnt go in smoothly. It had a loud grinding sound in the intersection 😅😅😅

    it was called the sport-o-matic.

    over the years several manufacturers have tried their own versions of automated/robotized clutch actuation. di ko lang alam how they are comparable to hyundai's

    alfa romeo had the selespeed
    bmw had the (ewww) smg
    ferrari f1 gearbox (scuderia 430 ang 599 gto and what else they had)

    i vaguely recall reading, suzuki currently has it in one of their small cars...
