Hi guys,
Need the help of the experts. Our Hyundai Elantra jerks / kumakadyot during acceleration starting at 30km/hr. We brought it to Hyundai Quezon Ave. but they weren't able to solve the problem. We tried gassing up higher octane gasoline and even changed to Shell from Petron. A street-side talyer suggested changing the spark plugs and it worked... FOR A WHILE until we experienced it again yesterday. Any ideas what might cause this problem? TIA.

Ang lakas nga lumaklak for highway drive yung 6.2 km/l. Average city drive ko is 7-7.5 km/l by manual computation. I don't rely on the computer kasi feeling ko accurate pag manual computation. Kahit lumipat ako sa Unioil Euro4 gas, same pa din ang FC.
Boss, nakasama pa pala yung ECU upgrade sa FC. Shempre kamot ulo lang yung casa kung bakit nagkaganyan.
Teka nga pala, so besides your problems with HNE about the rack n pinion, nagka-problema ka din sa FC due to ECU upgrade and hard starting issues?Last edited by 3ple4; August 25th, 2013 at 12:28 AM.
