hyundai starex suspension problem..

Mga sir help naman po.Im not sure po kung suspension or what ang problem ng starex ko.When i pickup speed around 80kms,ung steering wheel ko ngvvibrate ng malakas but when i reached 100kms pataas steady naman na ulet..Then pag mabiles na takbo ko,kumakabig sa right un manibela.Nagpaalign nako,didnt correct the kabig and malakas na vibration sa steering wheel.As fas as bushings or suspension are concern,ok pa naman daw nun pinacheck ko.

una, make sure na pareho ang tire pressure ng tires mo. kung pareho at may kabig pa rin, then hindi tama ang alignment. kung kaka-align lang, ibalik mo and sabihin mo na may kabig pa rin. yung vibration sa steering is usually sa poor balancing ng tires and wheels. have it balanced properly. kumusta tires mo? luma na ba? di ba maganda ang tire wear? patingin mo sa reliable na shop.

ok..I will have it balance and imma try to have it align ulet..thank you so much sir..I will post again if it'll correct the problem..

i think i experienced that kind of problem before...the culprit is the tires, oblong na pala na hindi ma-detect sa balancing lang try to inspect the shape, any deformities like bulged or wears on the edges...check also your brake system...HTH

skin starex din bigla na lng na experience ko nagdadrag i thought it was the clutch pina check ko mga crossjoint and centerbearing ok pa naman.then pinacheck ko 2tires s harap ayun oblong yung isa so pinakabit ko muna reserba replacing the oblong tire.test drive merun pdin drag at malakas lalu na sa 3rd gear.balak ko na sana pa baba trans ko pero binaklas ko muna 2tires s likod.ayun nakita ko oblong na din pala yung 1tire sa likod.bumili nko 2 new tires durun brand.atlast problem solved smooth ride again.

Dalhin mo sa fronte sa banawe, pa diagnose mo sa mechanic nila, from the looks of your description it doesn't look good. Marami kasi pwede cause ng problems mo, pwedeng turbo related or engine related.

Mga bro ako nman prob ko s starex crdi ko after had coffee in tagaytay not in olivares. But also in tagaytay. Medyo steep yung way s parking nla. Nung paakyat na ako i switched my AT sa low gear. Hndi makaakyat and then one man told me na pababain muna ung mga nakasakay. We were 6 in the starex pero d nya kaya umakyat. Impossible na hndi makaakyat ung starex ko despite na walang bwelo. Kasi meron hi ace grandia na umakyat din ng walang buwelo pero succesful naman ang akyat. Ano kaya problem s starex ko. Guys please help. Recommendation ng trusted mechanic. Thanks advance!

Yan ata yung Starbucks na steep pababa. Mas ok magpark dun sa pinakababa para may buwelo ka. Pag sa middle kasi nagpark wala kang buwelo kasi magleft turn ka habang umaakyat. Once kinapos ako paakyat Fortuner sa middle ako nag-park. Pero binababy ko lang pala yung gas pedal. Second try mas diniin ko gas pedal no sweat yung akyat. Minsan kasi sa mga parking like MOA kahit di ko dinidiin yung gas pedal nakakaakyat siya because of torque niya. Talagang steep lang yung Satarbucks Tagaytay need idiin gas pedal paakyat. Sa paakyat ka lang ba kinakapos? How about highway speed minsan ba parang sakal sa certain RPM di na kaya umakyat ng RPM?

Yun nga bro. Sa high way ok naman matulin naman. *100 rpm 2k. Hindi naman sakal or hirap. Pero when i got the chance to get something to the dealer where the place i purchased the starex. I raised the issue to the dealer and when he tested the starex ( meron din kasi way going to second floor na medyo steep din) ganon din ngyari hrap din at hindi nakaakyat. Instead binaba niya na lang ulit and advice na palitan ko daw transmission yun din kasi advice ng mechanic niya. Pero yesterday nagpa karga ako diesel sa shell and the gasoline man offer to check the oil, water etc. i asked him to check the fluid sa transmission. Sabi niya ok pa naman daw. Ano kaya prob mga bro?

Pa check mo lang yong mga hoses mo na related sa turbo or connected sa Intercooler.

Ganyan din nangyari sa 07 Santa Fe ko last year. Akala ko nga nasira na turbo. Yon pala may natanggal lang na maliliit na hoses.


Pagkagaling ko sa Casa (Las Pinas) papuntang Antipolo na-encounter yon.

Nong nasa SLEX ako, nakakatakbo pa naman ng 100kph.
Napansin ko lang na low power na nong umaakyat na ako sa may tikling. Hirap na hirap umakyat si Santa Fe.
Pati Crosswind umoovertaka na sa akin . Kahit anong diin ko, sakal talaga takbo nya.

Binalik ko sa Hyundai LAs Pinas and after almost 1 hour, naayos na nila.
