Planning to buy Honda City Type Z

mga sir, may 200k budget ako. Already researched but still want to get what tsikoteers have to say. Advise nmn po since if ever, this will be my first Honda.

*ano po ba yung SX8, variant po ba yun?
*what is the best model na lumabas?
*yung 1.5vti is it "almost" the same as the 1.6 you find sa Civics? aside from power output, ano pa po difference?

SX8 po is the Type Z Variant mas Sleek yung exterior niya (parang kid brother ng Civic SIR) compared sa naunang model and i think year 2000-2004 ang SX8 Type z bago nag labas nung bago. Meron po ako nung 1.3 matipid siya sa gas, maluwag compartment space for sub compact car and also this is my first (Bought) car. Ang ayaw kolang sa kanya eh medyo masikip ang back seat.

Yung SX8, hindi siya variant. Parang FD lang. And Honda Civic ES.

Year models na lumabas siya are 1996-2002.

2003-2008, yan na yung "Ipis" City kung tawagin.

Then 2009-present, GM City na.

I like the Type Z City, yan yung year 2000-2002. Yung 1.5VTi IMO is the best Type Z, power to weight ratio mabilis talaga siya. And I believe manual pa. Pero 1.3L is ok. Fuel efficient din. Don't know how the power is, though.

Ayoko lang sa Type Z yung dashboard siya. I find it ugly, even the gauges. Pero yun lang naman. Backseat, wag mo na pakielaman. Nasa driver seat ka naman parati, eh. Hahaha.

meron din lumabas na Type Z 1.5l non-vtec....kaya pag bumili ka make it sure na yung vtec version mabibili mo.....

afaik GD6 yung ipis city na sinasabi nila...

I got one for my wife a year ago.. I looooooove the type z! So easy to maintain and drive. Got her a 1.3 matic. The only problem we had was the compressor and it would over heat alot. But once we replaced the compresor and had the radiator cleaned, the car was a beauty to drive and never gave us any headache. Too bad my wife opted to sell it and ask for a brand new car..
