ang alam kong usual na sira ay electrical power door/window... hehe dami kong nakikitang ganun...

other than that, ang alam ko lang malakas sa gas ang AT version... near expedition level daw hehe.

Fuel consumption nasa 5-7km/l. Based sa nabasa ko dun sa HCP.

Sa traffic naman yung. And it's worst for the SOHC AT models. I once borrowed an LXi (meron ba yun?) AT that was as slow as a Crosswind and as hungry as an Expe. I think the later models are a bit better.

    Ang pagbalik ng comeback...

    this car is very solid.
malakas nga lang sa gas.. kung city i used to get maybe 5-7 km/l (medyo exagerration yung exped level pero di rin sya tipid hehee)
kung sa highway i'd get 9-10. steady at 80km/h . A/T nga pala ride ko.

tama si theveed sirain nito is the door and window electricals. aside from that, i had no problems with it.

maintenance is a bit more expensive but you can find parts na a little higher or same price as most jap brands if you look.

overall a good car IMHO pero be prepared lang to shell out for gas

It's pretty cheap to acquire. You can get the '96 Exi models for as low as 200K (or even lower if the owner just wants to get rid of it), mas bagsak yung resale value when compared to a Civic of the same year. This is most likely to the fuel consumption (The V6 Cefiro can get better figures).

Lotsa parts available sa Banawe. The lights are prone to getting dark and the power windows also do get stuck-up.

Regarding engine power, para sakin adequate naman, lakas ng hatak all the way to 150 kph+

Maliban dun wala naman ako naging problems sa power windows.

    sa 96 VTi A/T namen... mga 5.5 - 6.5 km/L sa city

usual sira: power windows, kalampagin yung suspension (particularly rear) pag matanda na

    extremely reliable.

hi guys, if you mean snapping of the cables ng power window motor, i think it is a common one for all the japanese brand sedan. pati lancer ko dati have this problem. so i just DIY the cable with a named brand. matibay din naman ang motor nya and its just the cable that is problematic...

i must agree that because of its low resale value, its almost like a bargain already for a good luxury vehicle. it could be old pero maganda sya pormahan. ive seen some dressed up accords sa cardomain.com and it really looks so sweet. gusto ko ngang kumuha for my next project but im waiting for a good timing. mahirap kasi makakita ng black car na mababa ang price nya.
