Hi everyone!! Planning to buy a second car for my wife. Happened to cross upon a very good condition Honda Accord 2014 with 2.4L engine 71k mileage for ₱465,000.00.

Is it still worth it at this point?? Any advice?
Parts are still easy to find for this model?
Should I look the other way? It is fairly priced or overpriced? Or a solid buy?

My first car is a mazda 3 2016 1.5L.
