gearbox leak - need advise

Hi mga tsikoters,

I have my honda civic 1997 vti check on honda casa last year march 2014 and they said that there is a leaked on my gearbox and it will cost me around 12 to 24k and they will fix it.

Question:
1. Do i really need to fix it? Based on my observation i don't see any leaked on my garage.
2. I've asked quoted from servitek and it will only cost mer around 9k
Labor pull down of gearbox -3,500
Clutch disc-2,400
Bearing -750' oil seal - 900 and another 3,500 for the other parts

Nagtanong din me ng parts sa iba kung ako bibili para mas mura.
Ok ba fcc tatak para sa clutch disc?

Baka naman gumagapang Lang yun leak from one of the clamp ng hose ng PS?
