OK pa po ba ang Honda City 97-01 A/T 1.3 Cars?

May mga nakikita po akong pre-owned Honda City 1.3 A/T Exi 1997/98 model na nasa 170-185k

at 2000-2001 model Type Z, etc. na 1.3 A/T at 220-230k

Good buy pa po ba itong mga to speaking of parts, maintenance, etc.? Fuel effecient naman po ito kasi 1.3?

Just want to see your insights guys.

I agree with V6dreamer...important thing is the condition and history of the vehicle...mas ok if you buy directly from the owner and not from a used car dealer...the price is within the range but you can still haggle if you you buy it from the former...good luck.

Salamat sa replies. So hahanap ako na owner tlaga ang nagbebenta at usisain ang history ng car, sana well maintained or CASA maintained.

Mga nakikita ko po nasa 80,000-120,000 mileage pag hindi mainitained ng maayos baka kelangan na pa-overhaul? Atsaka pag matanda na model na yung car kahit 1.3 displacement medyo malakas na po sa gas?

peyups, hindi porke sa owner ka bibili eh ok na ang sasakyan. Dealer man or the owner pareho lang yan, just follow the basic kung pano kilatisin ang oto.
1. Tambutso dapat kulay abo at paghinipo ay parang alikabok. Pag malagkit na maitim, dontbuy the car.
2. Buklatin ang mga karpet, dapat alang kalawang sa sahig pati sa compartment. Pati sa mga tagiliran ng pinto at sa gilid ng windshield. Ang kotseng may mga kalawang ay di na dapat binibili kc cguradong malinaw na 30k above for the body repair and repaint. Ang masakit d2, di mo na mapipigilan ang pagpapabalik balik ng kalawang.
3. Dashboard - pag ang dashboard ay malinis reflecton na iyan ng may ari. Ibig sabihin pati sa buong kotse maayos yan. Pero pag puro stufftoys at mga glue ang nakita mo sa dash, wag mo na bilhin.
4. Wag kang titingin ng car sa gabi, dapat sa early morning ka mangingilatis. Paandarin mo sa morning, dapat moist ang tambutso pagkastart ng about 3 to 10 minutes.

I have a good experience with the type Z 1.3 a/t city before i sold it.
It has great power and can rev to 6K rpm without any problem. With only 1 pax it accelerates great due to its light weight. It offers great agility and maneuverability, it responds well to steering input. It has great all around visibility. It does have a nasty shift shock, also it is not that well designed for rollovers (thin roof beams).
