Thanks!
nakakita na ako ng 1.5e city in both habanero red and crystal black.
based on what i saw, maganda yung black but tiresome to maintain/clean.
yung red naman, attractive yung color niya but red for me is very common na.
if i were to choose from the two colors, i'd go with crystal black.
but if i'm free to choose what color i want, i'd go for the beige color.
i think beige will age gracefully in time and it's not hard to maintain/clean.![]()
darker colors seem to look better when cars are deep shined (pa wet look). lighter colors either walang effect or very minimal effect. some color even (say red, becomes dark maroon) change hue when deep shined. light colors remain as is. very dull. wax-polish-sealing services run to around 500-700 and once a month would be fine.
light colored cars look boring in the long run. but safe (kasi light colored) at night.
ultimately it's a personal choice.
good thing you brought this one out hotgunn. i have narrowed down my choices actually between habanero red and crystal black. medyo inclined ako sa crystal black, ive seen more crystal blacks on the road than habanero reds. but i havent decided yet. hope you guys can help us out!
thanks.![]()
go with the crystal black. the gunmetal grill/black body combination is nicer than the hab red. the hab red looks nice now, but i feel that it does not age that well. given that this is a brand new car, i'm positive that you'll be very diligent when it comes to maintaining it clean, which is a prerogative if you have a black car.
always have a cali/microtex car duster in your trunk for spot dusting, and every other week na waxing should do the trick.
cheers to you and your future ride!![]()
