1. photocopy of OR/CR (don't bring the original)
2. photocopy of Deed of Sale kung 2nd hand nabili ang sasakyan
3. insurance papers
4. Jack tools in case of a flat tire.

Aside from those listed above:

-car charger for your mobile phone(s)
-tools (screwdrivers, wrench set, adjustable wrench, pliers)
-adhesive tape for quick repairs (I have strapping tape, others have duct tape)
-tow rope (good quality so it doesn't snap in half)
-jump start cables
-early warning devices (I use a pair of collapsible road cones)
