    my engine is honda d13b carb type cya! posible ba n iconvert sa efi yun? kung sakaling pwede ano mga kelangan ko mga magkano kaya yun tapos saan ba merong shop na nag coconvert nun?

    Hi Sir,

    getting a carb type to EFi entails buying a very long list of parts. With that, it can get really expensive. Let's wait for the gurus here what they have to say about your situation. For me, these are *some* of the things you need to buy:

    1) ECU for d13b engine
    2) PGMFi intake manifold assembly (inluding throttle body, IACV or servo)
    3) EFI air intake kit (OEM air box with filter, MAF Sensor)
    4) TPS - Throttle Position Sensor

    Mga gurus please add. yan lang naiisip ko for now. That alone can set you back 30-40k IMHO.

    *TS: why not go for engine swap na lang? it would be easier, considering the hassle of finding the EFI components that you will need. surplus engines can range from 25k-35k din naman eh.

    *TS yes sir, mas mabuti pa engine swap kasi in the first place kung icoconvert mo engine mo sa EFI e hindi naman talaga siya built for EFI sasakit lang ulo mo. haha. just dishing out my 2cents here. good day!
