Why are you going to sell your '99 CRV for a '99 Civic SiR? As good as the SiR back in 1999, today it's just another old car. It might be fast but it's also under-equipped in safety equipment even in it's day.

Hindi naman sa "mas mataas" ang value ng CR-V.

Mas practical lang ngayon na naka CUV / SUV ka kesa sedan na mabilis lang.

Malakas sa gas yung CRV gen2. CRV gen1 is roughly average.

Naka-B20 yung CRV gen1 eh, so it's normal. Pero atleast it's not as worse as the 2nd gen.

Regarding sa topic, any given day I'd pick a stock 1st gen CRV over a possibly-abused SiR

If you guys wont mind, saan ba ko pwd makakuha ng euro bumpers, gusto ko kasi gayahin yung nka mod na crv(brown)

buy the SIR. play with it for a while. then sell what you like less.
but be sure you do sell something before you buy a third car. you can easily get carried away..

regalo lang po kasi sakin yung crv, all stock po sya. wla naman problema hindi matagtag medyo mataas nga lang mileage pero smooth naman. tahimik makina. minsan nga pumunta ako sa bundok(Tanay, Rizal) dun sa part na ilog na yung dinadaanan mo na putik-putik. Offroad kung baga, ayun masaya naman :D nafefeel ko yung 4wd )
