need help on types of bulb for honda cr-v 2005

haloo.
can someone help me and tell what kind of bulb do i need for the headlight of honda cr-v 2005 i am planning kasi to buy HID kit online but i don't know what type of bulb to purchase i already checked the manual but didn't specify what type.
is the Fog lamp H3? for all i know the head lights has 2 separate bulbs for high and low.
