Yes, the Honda dealers here are selling model "2008" Civics, which essentially the same "looks" and design but with more extra accessories and features.

Perhaps you are referring to the MMC (mid year model change)? This will happen within the first half of 2009. Definitely, knowing Honda.

What to expect? Revised body panels(?) and lights(?)

ohh okay. napansin ko kasi may bagong model ang civic every 2 years. 1998, 2000, 2002, 2004, 2006.

If you're talking about facelifted FD models malamang 2009 na yan.. If you're talking about the 9th gen Civic around 2011 or 2012 is my guess....
