    Good day po!

Recently nag pa install po ako ng car alarm sa CRV ko (model 2004). Then after a day or two, I noticed medyo hirap na mag start yung auto ko. parang ganito pag mag start... "tsug-tsug-tsug-broom.....". usually "tsug-broom...." lang. minsan abot hangang 5 na tsug!

I searched through google and found na nakakaapekto nga "daw" sa battery yung alarm sa car (not sure if true though). Tanong ko lang po kung may naka experience na to sa inyo. Otherwise, pa tangal ko na lang ulit yung alarm (sayang medyo mahal pa naman nung alarm nasa 3.5K )

    Salamat po!

It is possible that the installer has accidentally grounded the battery causing it to loose its charge in a day or so.

To test, have the alarm disabled and have all the wires added for the alarm checked.

In short, bring back to the installer to have his work checked over.

I read the situation but its not about drained battery is the problem, kase nag start yung engine e, the problem is hard starting the engine, if i guess that, naglagay ng immobilizer yung installer and the relay used was loosing power to start the engine very quickly, you can test that by arming your alarm and try to start the engine, if there is redondo while starting the engine, the installer cut the ignition wire, if just a click while starting, the installer cut the starter wire and that is the right thing doing an immobilizer.
If your battery was the problem, your engine won't start unless you do jumpstart from the other source of power supply, and because we see clearly that you had these problem pagka install ng alarm, ang problema ay sa relay ng immobilizer na nilagay nung installer, maybe an error of electrical wiring and connection na dapat ma check kaagad.. have a nice day..

pina disconnect ko yung alarm, nakauwi ng bahay yung auto, then the next early morning.... ayaw na mag start yung auto!

purchased in early 2009 yung battery (motolite). di kaya problema na sa battery ito? or kelangan nang mapalitan ng bago?

Maybe just coinsidence that your existing battery was dying when you had the alarm installed.
