Need Advice for selling my Honda CRV

Hi All, need your advice on how much we should sell our Honda CRV, 4x2, 2007 (December) model. It's got 28k on the Odometer, very good condition, etc. I'm looking at the buy and sell ad's and they are selling it for around 920-950k which in my mind is a little to high.

Can anyone give me advice on how much the going rate is for? My parents are interested in buying it, of course, ibabagsak ko yung presyo for them pero i'd like to have a range at least.

Newspaper ads prices are usually high because of the allowance for price haggling.

Typically you can remove 10% to 20% of the price posted.
