Honda City '05 Lowering springs and Wheels

Guys Im trying to help a friend for his setup ang he's asking what brand of lowering springs would he get? I suggested h&r which worked perfectly for my car but have no idea if it will work well for him. What's the best springs for Honda City'05 model? Also, what specs of tires will he get for the 17 wheels without rubbing inside the wheel wells? Thanks!

Thanks for that info Sir. Wala ba rub sa fender ang 205/45/17 or 215/45/17 then drop ng 1.5?

may rub yan. go for 16s nalang. tapos 205/50 or 205/45 tires. swak yan, wala pa ata sayad pag lowered.
