Honda Pasig Service Center - Worst!!

I personally rate Honda Pasig Service Center as one of the worst Service Center! Almost 2 weeks after i send my car for lower bumper repair which they said already got the spare parts...still haven't repaired and excusing themselves by asking for additional spare parts to replace....NOTE: Insurance already approved more than 70K for them to repair the lower bumper and still taking time to fix A LOWER BUMPER...HOW MUCH MORE IF IT IS THE ENGINE OR BIGGER BODY REPAIR THAT IS INVOLVED??

I personally think na almost all CASA are like that.. Lalo na pag wala kang kakilala sa loob. Yung sa friend ko took months bago nagawa yung bumper niya. Medyo malaki rin kasi damage pati gulong natamaan..

Hopefully magawa na car niyo, nakakainis talaga yung ganyan..

Advice: Talk to their Service Manager, and medyo magwala ka doon hehe..

Malapit na rin kasi Xmas, busy sa ibang agenda. tsk.
