If you still have your stock muffler, you can use that as a template for the size of the muffler body. If not, just let them measure and make something as big as would fit in the muffler cavity under the rear bumper.
Piping size would depend on your engine. Since you have a 1.5L engine, a maximum pipe diameter of 2 inches is recommended.
The big pipe gives it the freeflow while the big chamber of the muffler makes it quiet at low to medium range RPMs. Even high RPMs isn't that noisy as compared to those "racing" or "performance" exhaust mufflers.
My muffler was made from full stainless with fiberglass packing. I remember it was P8K at FREMUFF.
