    AFAIK, all PhDM Gen1 CRV's come equipped with non-VTEC engines...

    Pero di ba all Honda engines, starting with the 96 EK, eh PGM-FI na? Ke VTEC man o hindi, kasi you can have electronic fuel injection whether it's VTEC or not.
