i plan to by a car from a diplomat. car is year model 2001 and diplomatic plate drops november 2009. he said i might pay around 38,000pesos to get a green plate.


question:

1. how much more or less will i pay to get it to green regular private plate?
2. how long the wait to get the plate. will the plate be issued right away?
3. any other hidden charges aside from that?

pls advise since im not sure if the deal is worth it.
