i have recieved 2 bad reviews about their service...
1. a friend of mine had his Civic FD serviced for PMS there kesa naman dalhin nya sa quezon avenue (dun kinuha yung unit). after servicing, hinahanap nya yung warranty booklet kc wala sa car. sabi ng service adviser wala daw dun. kinalkal nya buong kotse nya. after ilang days, tumawag yung service adviser sinabing andun pala yung warranty booklet. galit na galit sya kc naman nagpanic sya't lahat lahat tapos andun lang pala. kapabayaan ang ginawa nila, hnd nila inaalagaan mga gamit ng mga clients nila, specially kung car-related belongings...
2. our neighbor owns a City (current model). everytime sya nagpapaservice, he is being charged for overall check-up. napansin nya walang bakas na gumalaw ang windshield wiper. dinala nya dun yung car pundido yung bulb ng front left signal light, pero naka mark as checked yung hazard lights nya sa list. meaning, walang overall check-up na nangyari, pero na-charge sya. sayang yung pera.
PMS - Periodic Maintenance Service. usually every 10,000km mileage... others do it every 5,000km...
warranty booklet is presented to a service adviser pag irerecieve na nya ang vehicle mo... ibabalik nila ang warranty booklet either after they finished the papers to be signed before the service, or after the whole service is done...
sa Toyota San Fernando Pampanga, we leave the warranty booklet on top of the dashboard and hand over the key of the vehicle... after the whole service, sila na mismo maglalagay sa loob ng dashboard compartment... pero minsan sinasauli nila after signing of the client before doing the said service... but usually nilalagay na nila diretso sa car...
san location nang Honda Pampanga sir?? Any landmarks malapit dun?
yung kotse ko kasi nag che-check engine.. papadiagnose ko sana, though yung mechanic namen sinabi may sensor, MAP ata yun..TIA
