If you can afford, usually better to get brand new. 2nd hand is ok if you know the full history of the vehicle (like if it's from a close relative or friend).

I own a 2013 Mirage GLS, save yourself some headaches and get the Jazz instead.

You don't wanna go back and forth of the casa after buying a new car, do you?

Because freaking Mitsubishi don't have an initiative.

Although mine's was replaced and cured already, I went through unacceptable stress level (for a brand new car) bago nila aksyunan.

    Ganito problem ng Mirage.

If they can assure na yung 2014 models don't have this, then I would recommend the Mirage. Because there it actually performs pretty good (good FC, good features, good safety, good performance in general acceleration/braking/stable handling)......THAT IS, if you are able to start your car.

In fairness, I heard that starter assy parts are really scarce, I hope they would issue a formal recall once parts scarcity is solved. Madami na sa MPH, affected nyan.

Mitsubishi really have some quality issues. I feel the only saving factor they have is marketing.

Get the jazz at least proven na.

Tama sila, may issue nga mirage.. Sayang naging car of the year pa naman, pero me problem in the long run. Yung iba nga pi eh wala pang 1 month napalitan yung starter and flywheel eh balik symptoms nila.. Kahit me warranty eh, tanong na-eenjoy mo paba ng 100% ang brandnew car mo? Madami pa iba dyan na pwede pagpiliaan.. Or get the manual mirage if you really want it.

Kung alam ko lang, brand new na gen2.5 na Vios na lang sana binili ko last May. Wrong purchase, I have to admit. Until maayos nila ang problems, saka lang ako ulit mag recommend ng Mirage.

Mukhang nagiging problema pa ang warranty instead of a plus ah.

m/t or a/t na jazz? 1.3 or 1.5? anong habol mo mababang FC?

driving a m/t jazz since 2008, wala pang naging major problem. very minor problem may kalampag sa rear hatch, na simple tightening lang solve na.

Mga Bro tsikoteers ok na ba yung Mirage 2014 or better get the 2nd hand Honda Jazz?

I presume the second hand honda would be cheaper to maintain...

I'd still get a secondhand Jazz. Personally I don't see the point of getting brand new anymore, unless kunwari car plan where you can't avail of the benefit if you don't get brand new.

    +1 for brand new.

Or yun nga kung kakilala mo talaga yung owner and alam mo history nung sasakyan i might consider buying one.

bros 2010, I did my research here at Tsikot.com and we ended up buying brand new Honda Jazz 1.5 Automatic, up to now it is proving to be a very good choice and my wife loves it, and now that I will be staying longer here in the P.I., I am looking for a second hand car for me but seeing the prices of the entry level wigo and mirage makes one re-think the options....

guys question what is good price/buy for a 2010 Honda jazz 1.3 manual or Automatic?

I saw manual *435k and 485k for an automatic jazz at these prices mirage is looking good but if I can get them closer to 400K...

Jazz. Don't like it? Then sell it and take little to no hit in depreciation. Pag bnew tas hindi mo nagustuhan binili mo lugi ka na agad. Buyer beware nga lang talaga pag bibili ng 2nd hand, wag atat at baka maloko.
