Realistically, with 300-320k, you're looking at 9th gen Corolla, an ES Civic, or an SIR. All of which are too old to be very reliable unless kilala mo yung may ari. The last manual Accords died out with the 1996-2000 Generation, so super luma na unless project car.

The Lynx RS is an SIR era car, so maintenance will already be an issue.

The best practical and fun car will still be the FD in MT, kahit yung 1.8L.

Also, maybe you can find the previous gen 1.3L Jazz, although you'll need some mods to make the car a little more responsive.
