Guys, quick question. Anybody using an alarm system that can do these for a 2013 City?

1. lock doors when engine is turned on
2. Unlock when engine is turned off
3. If you forgot to lock/arm after leaving the car it will auto lock/arm after a few seconds.

Tried researching and I read about the code alarm 3051, but casa is saying it can't do these things which is contrary to what I have read in other forums. Can anyone confirm?
