Fellow tsikoteers, guess if this could be the official 9th Generation Honda Civic(2 door model). I hope it's not the euro version.

Honda’s ninth generation Civic is currently in development where it will launch before the end of 2011 as a 2012 model. The 2012 Civic should boast a small facelift as well as new engines. It’s expected that the 9th generation Civic will include a 1.3-litre i-VTEC hybrid engine — the same one currently found in the Civic Hybrid.Following this, the 1.5-litre petrol engine could be another option.

Yep that's because essentially this is an update of the current FN2 Civic hatchback sold in Europe. The basic shape is the same, only the details are different.

I'm willing to bet we won't be getting that here.

Looking at the engine lineup reveals a very European focus too. The trend over here is toward larger engines; the lineup in the article mentions a 1.3 and a 1.5L which would make more sense in Europe as it follows the downsizing trend started by VW.

I think the front look of this 2 door model rendering is similar to the front look of the first sketch of the 9th Gen Civic originated from a local car magazine in Japan. The rear look of the sketch seems interesting.
