Is this a good buy? (2007 City 1.5 IDSI)

Hello peeps,

Hingi lang po ako ng opinion nyo kung good buy ito. Gamitin ung auto bahay-office lang and minsan lang uwi ng province. Consider ko din po ung resale value kaya Honda. Budget is not more than 400k kaya ok na po tong second hand.

Ask ko din po kung mukha ba ciang lowered? Sorry, newbie lang at wala po masyado alam sa auto. Gusto ko kasi fresh lang.

How about this one? Low mileage 46k lang 2007 Model but 2006 acquired.
AT. 1.3 iDSI Honda City. Selling for 390k. Is it a good buy? Saw the unit already. Please note it has a dent a some minor scratches.
