Technically the 7th Gen (GN 2019) Hatchback

Honda City Hatch set for PH launch on April 20 | TopGear PH

The launch will be happening on April 20, 2021 at 12:30pm, and you can all watch it live via HCPI’s Facebook page.

hmm..let the aftermarket do that rims upsize

sana kung dumating yung turbo model dito baka lakihan yung rims

para din kasi mataas yung side profile nya lalo na sa hood area.. yung side fender parang ang taas... not like sa honda civic na 90's model na mababa yung side fender.. eto parang mobilio na...

yung rear profile maganda.. hatch na hatch ang dating.. hehe

Brought about by pedestrian crash test sa new safety ratings. Mahirap na gumawa ng low hood ngayon even though there's a lot of space between the top of the engine and the hoodline.

Trivia: The LC500 actually has explosive struts under the hood to push it up in case of collision with a pedestrian, which is how they kept the very low hood line and still get good pedestrian crash safety ratings.

The 2021 City RS Hatchback is now available at all authorized Honda dealerships nationwide. It comes with a suggested retail price of P 1,115,000 (a P 57,000 premium over the City RS sedan)

Yikes. too expensive i think.
will wait to see a comparison of the specs between the City rs and the hatch rs. if the added cost is justified.

Much better to spend that money on a Civic.

Only difference is the shape. It’s the same car with the same engine.
