December 24th, 2010 11:36 PM #1Based on the picture above it does seem that there aren't many changes to the new model above from the current one. I'm considering the Accord for my new purchase next year but was hoping for an all new model and not just an upgrade/enhanced one.

Both cars made it to the 10 best cars of Car and Driver publication (if its any important to anyone).
Not to turn this thread into A vs B, but I feel the Accord has better interiors and build quality. So far nothing beats (in this segment) the exterior design of the Sonata!

Interior design still goes to Sonata. Pero yung Quality, sa Honda parin.
Kaso para sa'kin mas maganda ang Camry than Accord. IMO lang naman. Sonata>Camry>Accord=Legacy.
Anyways... Magkano naman kaya ang price increase, eggman? 20K?

February 8th, 2011 02:19 PM #8sonata is gaining popularity in the US as well; the exterior design is getting better -- i'm not sure about interior, though. honda's interior is still the most ergonomic eventhough there are so many buttons in the center console -- but they are all functional. accord's design is getting old and is due for FMC (full model change) a year from now and i hope it will not be as boxy as the current one.
