Yesterday, ngpunta ako sa TMG pasay para mg pa verify ng plate. When I was at the verification section ata. I stumbled sa hepe nila (di ko naman alam na hepe). I asked politely, 'pwde po bang mginquire for verification'. He yelled at me and said 'NAK NAM PUTAH, WALA KANG GALANG AH, WALA KA BANG PINGARALAN, ANO AKALA MO SA KIN KABARKADA MO' demanding me to give him respect. And so I did, since me kailangan ako. Unfortunately he really was not on a HELPING ATTITUDE kaya tao na lang nya tumulong sa kin. Malas, rinefer pa ko sa TMG CRAME.. Such attitude is UNACCEPTABLE ESPECIALLY FOR PUBLIC SERVANTS (COP, MILITARY, POLITICIANS ETC.) READ THIS IF THERE IS ANYONE WHO DESERVES TO BE ADDRESSED AS SIR AND MAM THAT WOULD BE US, COZ YOUR JOB AGAIN LET ME REMIND YOU, are PUBLIC SERVANTS. YOU SHOULD TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS WITH UTMOST RESPECT KAHIT PA IRATE YAN. I don't get it when someone addresses a cop or even an MMDA enforcer na sir. IT'S THEIR PROFESSION AND THEY JUST HAVE TO LIVE WITH THAT FACT.

I never got the full name but when I see him I can identify him. Me psukbit sukbit pa cya ng Id at mukang me dalang baril kaya tumahimik na alng ako nun. Di ko naman nilalahat ang mga PUBLIC SERVANT it's just that these people are sometimes forgetting about their job descriptions. I stand firm when I say DI DAPAT NATIN SILANG TAWAGING SIR AND MAM regardless kung ano pa man ang position nila (Pres, Mayor, Gen etc). Coz again as I've said, they are PUBLIC SERVANT. Sabi nga ni the Rock .. KNOW YOUR ROLE !!!

I've had bad experiences before sa mga ahensyang ito but not as worse as the one that I"ve had with TMG. Akala nyo kung sino.

December 14th, 2006 10:26 AM #9Cynder's experience is simply outrageous. Why is it local officials (elected or otherwise) generally do not think themselves as being the public servants that they are supposed to be but rather as delusionary [war/drug/etc] lords with an equally illusionary kingdom?
When I lived in Fremont, California we could call up the mayor directly. If we missed him, he would personally call us back and ask, "How could I be of service to you?" And Fremont is no small town in the woods, it is the 100th largest city in the US and is part of Silicon Valley.
The disparity is simply too glaring.
