RANT: I thought this was a perfect day for me and my family because we were going home from punta fuego and tagaytay highlands. As I was cruising EDSA North bound at crossing underpass at around 5 to 5:30 and the traffic was slow moving the space between me and car in front of me was a car apart and beside me is a taxi, all of a sudden the stupid taxi swerve to my lane without even checking if there was some car on his side, and whala, he hit my side with his side mirror, even my brother in law who was sitted at the back was surprised with the move that the stupid driver did, and to add more insult to the damage he said and i quote "sir okay lang wla naman tama sa taxi ko eh" as if i'm the one who was responsible for the damage, and i told him "oo ikaw wla kang damage eh nakita mo ba itong tama ng sasakyan ko?" then he told me that "eh ano ngaun sir ang gagawin natin" and i told him eh d papagawa tau ng police report, which he obliged, and then even told me that to avoid any inconvinience with the traffic he told me "sir dalhin na lang natin sa talyer namin, gagas lang naman ng side mirror" , then i insisted no, i want my car to be brought to the casa instead of their shop, i told him that i will just take a picture of the scene since i have my digital cam with me and we are going to convoy to the nearest police station, as i go to the driver side to get the camera from my wife, the stupid driver speed off and as i chase him he disappear in edsa traffic. What i did was to go to the police station and file a complain then i called up the LTFRB and give us the requirements on how to file a complaint.

BTW my wife manage to ge a picture of the taxi while i'm talking to the stupid driver.

Better let your insurance company run after the idiot. Laki naman binabayaran mo naman for insurance ng Fortuner mo kaya make use of it. Nakakatakot naman kung ganun ang trabaho ng talyer nila sa taxi na iyun.

Yung nga po ang iniisip ko sir, kc d naman ganun kagrabe eh, ang estamate ko mga less than 10K lang to. Eh ang participation ko is around 12K. So di tlaga aabot kya hahabulin na lang namin yung taxi, okay na naman sana sa amin kung d lang ogag magsasagot yung driver kc naawa nga kmi, kya lang d naman matututo tong mga ito kung d bibigyan ng lessons.

i would've grabbed him by the neck and crimped his arteries until he passes out. i did that dati to a tricycle driver who bumped us and wanted to run away, back in freshman about 8 years ago. swerte niya napakawalan siya ng mom ko. heheh.

thanks for the sympathy guys, me and my wife just went to LTFRB this afternoon to file a complain and we are just going to wait for the summon from them so that both parties could meet and arrange everything. I hope that it would be a good meeting for both parties, btw, i brought my car to the casa and the damage estimated was more or less 5K.

Tama ka, imagine i have to file a leave sa work just to attend to this matter, kailangan kunin ko pa ang police report sa mandaluyong samantalang taga bulacan pa ako, tapos i need to bring my car sa shaw for the repair and take a taxi from shaw to LTFRB, then commute na kmi pauwi ng bulacan, oras ang pagod lang sir sa paglalakad ng perwisyo talo na tlaga eh...
